Each week Hilary  at Feeling Beachie lists four statements with a blank to fill in on our blogs. She is always looking for new statements if she uses yours you’ll be made co-host. It’s fun and entertaining. So, check it out and hop on over to the others and check their answers. 🙂

2.       I don’t remember the last time I ___ but, I really want to.

3.       I will never turn down __________

4.      To save money I like to ____________

My answers:

  1. Sitting in front of a fireplace, with flannel pj’s on, fluffy socks on my feet, a hot cup of chocolate and a good book to read is my ideal winter night.
  2. I don’t remember the last time I had a pedicure but, I really want to ( have one).
  3. I will never turn down free babysitting, even if it’s just for an hour.
  4. To save money I like t0 buy things when they are on sale and if I happened to remember I will use coupons, too.

    A pedicure sounds wonderful…right now!
I use coupons and buy things on sale too!

    • Susi December 16, 2011 at 9:55 am

I hear you, Brenda… if I didn’t have little one underfoot I would run off to get one. But maybe my foot bath has to come out.

That’s so funny! I gave myself a pedicure tonight to cheer me up! I am sporting very festive Santa Hat Red toes. LOL
And also by fire…but with fleece pj’s on. this is Canada afterall.

    • Susi December 16, 2011 at 9:53 am

Santa Red sounds fun and festive. I have purple on the brain… think I might to that tonight!!! 🙂

I could go for a pedicure! I had my very first one about 4 months ago…..I am a late bloomer. I buy on sale too and used to use a lot of coupons but that kind of went by the wayside. I still like a good sale, though!!! And fireplaces in the winter seemed to be the popular answer with some twists—pets, books, wine, etc. Tis the season!!! Happy Friday!

    • Susi December 16, 2011 at 9:52 am

Happy Friday to you, too, Beth Ann… Yes, fireplaces are popular. I really wish I had one… one day the stocking will hang from the mantel!!!!

    • Susi December 16, 2011 at 8:08 pm

It sure does…especially right now when I’m feeling less than stellar.:)

  • Joseph Alsarraf December 16, 2011 at 6:19 pm

Sitting in front of the fireplace with hot chocolate is the best thing to do during winter.
    : )

    • Susi December 16, 2011 at 8:09 pm

It sure seems to be… 🙂 Especially hot chocolate with little marshmallows in it…yum.

I too love to save money by getting things that are on discount or bargain if possible.

    • Susi December 17, 2011 at 10:09 am

I think most parents are that way once the little ones arrive. Bargains are great!!! 🙂

Another fluffy sock person! I love my fluffy socks. I just got a pair as a gift from a co-worker yesterday. It sure makes the whole fire, hot chocolate, book scenario complete. Thanks for stopping by and following my blog.

    • Susi December 17, 2011 at 10:11 am

Yes. I’m a big fan of fluffy socks. My feet get cold so fast… I always have a pair under my pillow!!! And I live in Florida! 🙂 Thanks for stopping here, too.

  • Rebecca December 17, 2011 at 10:22 am

I like your #1, yeah. 🙂 What is it about fireplaces? Mmmmm.

I have never had a pedicure!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I will definitely be adding yours to my new RSS feed reader. 🙂

    • Susi December 17, 2011 at 11:13 am

Thanks again. I already added yours to my e-mail subscriptions :)… You should try a pedi one of these days, the massage that comes with it and sitting in the massage chair are so worth it.

  • Becky December 17, 2011 at 5:38 pm

I love a good pedicure. I’m in need of one too!
