“Nobody succeeds beyond his or her wildest expectations unless he or she begins with some wild expectations.”
- Ralph Charell
I love that quote and even though I like to keep my expectations low, maybe every once in a while I should expect more… and live on the wild side!!!
Thing is sometimes something happens that you never ever expected in a million years… it kinda was that way for me.
The lovely Greta of G*funk*ified invited me to her corner of the blogosphere and share my expectations, or lack there of, I should say!
So, if you are so inclined I’d love it if you’d visit me there and say “Hello.”

What a great quote!
Thanks. It really is so true, isn’t it?
Love the quote, and I’ll go see your piece!

Great post, Susi! I never thought that I would become an American citizen when I was little, either! But now I have a home and family here, much like you. Must count our blessings, as I am lucky to be where I am today. My first beloved toy was also a Barbie doll; it was Pink and Pretty, and I still remember her and all the dresses and furniture I made for her!!

Yes, we do must count our blessings. My Barbie had a pink evening gown. I still remember that.
