[Late night] Friday Four Fill in Fun

December 6, 2013

in front of the Christmas tree at Epcot

I don’t know where to start. It’s been a bit of a busy week and I haven’t had much time for anything blogging related – you may have noticed the scarcity of posts this week! I have so much I want to share and hope to get some things done this weekend. For now, here’s one of the many pictures I took on our quick, last-minute trip to Disney last weekend!

And of course, some fill in fun…

Okay, you know the deal – Each week, Hilary lists four statements with a blank for us to fill in on our own blogs. If you want to join the fun and come up with four fill in’s of your own, please email them to her.

If she uses them, she will add you as co-host to the hop! This week’s co-host is WILLIAM from SPEAK OF THE DEVIL who came up with the last statement.

The statements:

  1. Have you ___ yet?
  2. I was born in ___
  3. I have never___at least as far as I know..
  4.  I can’t stand____

My answers:

  1. Have you seen “Frozen” or “Catching Fire”, yet? I’m planning on taking Ally to see it this weekend!
  2. I was born in Querfurt, Germany.
  3. I have never been at a loss for words at least as far as I know… except right now! 🙂
  4. I can’t stand to see my kids unhappy – it quite literally tears me apart!

I was just about to shut down the computer for the night… ha.
that is the biggest Christmas tree I have ever seen. How big are those ornaments? they must be the size of my head.
I haven’t seen either of those movies – but my kids have a school trip to see Frozen next week. Probably will wait to see Catching Fire when it’s on DVD. Pretty sure hubby with vote for either Thor 2 or The Hobbit on our next date night.

Ha! Perfect timing then. 🙂 The ornaments were pretty big and the tree looked awesome – especially when all the lights were lit at night!!! I can’t wait to see both movies and hope to see them at the movie theater…

Oh wow, what a huge Christmas tree! Have a great weekend!

It was huge and oh so beautiful!!! Danke und dir auch! 😉

Agreed – that tree is huge! I’m sorry that it did come to this for you, too – i.e. not enough time for …(fill in the blank). But I hope that soon you will be able to tell us more and I know that eventually things will sort themselves out. It will get better and you will have – a little – more time again.
    Have a great weekend!

Thanks, Claudia!!! This coming week should be a bit easier, as I’ve made some changes to my schedule since hubby is working a new job too… So much going on!!! 🙂

It is very strange being at a loss for words, isn’t it?

    • Susi December 7, 2013 at 12:22 pm

Yes, for us “talkers” – it sure is!!! 😉

In small groups I’m rarely at a loss for words. Put me in front a large group and I stand there frozen!

Same here! Sweaty palms and all… 🙂
