    ha – the egret kinda makes me giggle. he’s all majestic AND kinda awkward. gangly legs. but what a great capture.

      Leslie, they do look a little awkward, dont they. Its funny to watch them walk around or wade at the edge of a lake. Amd thanks, there is a watermark on the side of the last shot.

    An egret, huh, that’s what they are called. I aw a few of them at the Outer Banks. They must like it warm. And like Leslie – I love sunsets!

      Yes, pretty sure that’s an egret, could be a type of heron. Need to check that now. And yes, they do like it warm and they like to be near water. I need sunsets tomfeed my soul every so often. 🙂
