32/365 Sunday collage

A little collage for this Sunday photo-a-day. The boy and I stopped at Trader Joe’s after I picked him up from his friend’s house and I bought myself a little bouquet of flowers. I decided on this one because of the yellow roses. They are just so cheerful and bright. Little miss had to do a project for the 100th day at school this coming Tuesday and since there really weren’t any guidelines we kept it simple. I actually found the idea of the Cheerios necklace on, where else, Pinterest! She wasn’t too thrilled that I pulled her away from her playing but wasn’t going to do the project for her. I always help but won’t do it all myself… She ended up eating so many Cheerios along the way that it took her forever to count them out. But she did it and was very proud of herself when she finished her necklace.
I thought, I would get some photo editing done today but ended up being busy with chores all afternoon. You know, picking up the boy, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing, straightening up, and cleaning – prepping for the week ahead!
I can’t believe January is over and February has began. So far I’m doing great keeping up with my Project 365 here on the blog and #fmsphotoaday on Instagram. I’m happy I decided to do a project 365 this year and try to post pictures I’ve taken that day or at least recently. It’s nice to look back at the months and see what’s been going on.
I hope you all have a great week!!! I’m going to try to get some sleep now and hope this cough I’ve developed over the last few days won’t keep me up all night…

xoxo, Susi

I’m so glad you’re doing the photo challenge as well, because I love seeing your pictures! Those flowers are lovely, but the bacon is not bad either 🙂

I actually forgot to mention the breakfast shot, didn’t I? I made hubby breakfast and put a little love note on the plate. Why wait for Valentine’s Day to day I ,I’ve you. It should be celebrated every single day.

you have coloured Cheerios?!! I’m so jealous. I guess it’s kinda like Fruit Loops? those we have.
I love the yellow roses! so bright and sunny. I ended up having such a busy weekend too – and now today has been all catch up!

Yes, we have colored Cheerios which are almost exactly like Fruit Loops. Not sure really what is different other than the name.
