57/365 and 58/365 My Girls

February 27, 2015

Wednesday afternoon it was just little one and I for an hour. The boy is at a three day robotics competition and middle daughter had softball practice. (Still not used to saying or writing that. ) So after a quick grocery run we ended up at Starbucks for a treat. She ended up using part of that madeleine to feed a very insistent bird, even after I told her not too. But she has a soft heart for animals, even very insistent birds.

Middle daughter had to pose with her science fair project today. We have a few shots from different angles and with different smiles. You know, just to be sure! Gotta love my little poser!

Tomorrow the whole family is going to join big brother and his team at the robotics competition. I found a live stream today and managed watching a bit here and there at work. It sure does get intense. I have a feeling that on Sunday not much will get done. The past two days have been so long and busy. But busy is good. Have a great weekend my friends!!!

xoxo, Susi

Oh I love Madelines!!! yummy. my mom and I had a Starbuck’s treat stop this week too.
Some things are great no matter how old you get 🙂

Robotics convention would be so cool. My son is having a lot of fun with his Lego Mindstorm robot and the various things you can do.

It was pretty awesome to see what these teams came up with. There were Ben teams from China and Turkey. So cool. And yes, some things you are never too old for…

Hi Susi – well, I will out myself as a total geek… the others commented on how cute your daughters are, but I will only say… The fact that you daughter is in the science fair is cool… and the robotic competition is cooler still! Wooo! You guys have fun.

Ha ha ha. She didn’t have a choice in the matter. Our school makes science fair mandatory for 6th graders and then for all honors kids to 11th grade. But she loves science and came up with this on her own. And the boy loves being in the robotics team. He had a lot of fun helping built the robot. We had many late nights over the past 6 weeks but it was so worth it. I will post some pics from the competition soon.

She is so pretty. Love the title of her project!

Thanks, Stasha. I helped her fine tune the title. It sounds catchy doesn’t it?
